I am a lecturer at St. John’s Teachers Training College, Kilimambogo. I have worked as a part-time lecturer at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) in Nairobi, African Nazarene University, Multimedia University and Highlands State College. I hold a B.Ed (Kiswahili and Religious Studies) and M.A in Kiswahili Studies from Kenyatta University.

I have worked in different panels in Kenya Institute for Curriculum Development ( KICD) and Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) where I have contributed immensely in curriculum designing, implementation and assessment.

I am an author and I write both academic and creative works that cut across different genres and audiences. My publications include plays: Kigogo ( a secondary school literature set book ) and Beluwa. Novela: Kipendacho Roho. Children’s stories: Msiba wa Kujitakia,
The last comes first, Njiwa mweupe, Pupa za Bupa, Vituko vya Sungura. Short stories : more than ten stories in different anthologies and poetry.

I am also a registered PhD student at The University Of Nairobi; Department of linguistics.
