Lea is a storyteller, advocate, entrepreneur and most importantly a Sickle Cell Warrior.

She initiated the photo documentary 10003 Warrior Project, which later fueled further work into Sickle Cell policy advocacy, education and improving Sickle Cell healthcare infrastructure/services under the Africa Sickle Cell Organization.

Lea also represents and advocates for people living with Non Communicable Diseases in National and international platforms. Her personal initiative Sexy Sickle Cell guides Sickle Cell warriors everywhere how to manage Sickle Cell daily while living a full life even with Sickle Cell.
